Medi-Cal Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program
This Medi-Cal program provides urgently needed cancer treatment coverage to eligible individuals diagnosed with breast and/or cervical cancer and in need of treatment.
Who is Eligible?
Individuals who:
- are in need of breast and/or cervical cancer treatment
- were screened by a state or federal screening program are residents of California
- have a low income (at or below 200% of the federal income guidelines)
- are uninsured for breast and/or cervical cancer treatment
OR
have insurance coverage, but have premiums, co-payments, and deductibles that are expected to exceed $750 in the first 12-month period that treatment is needed.

Services under this program are free.
